Moving day to my New Roseville Home

OK, I turned in the keys for my old place at 11 am this morning and everything from the old apartment is in the new place.
There are lots of boxes that still need to be unpacked, but everything has been moved to the new place.
The new place is a duplex, with a two car garage, small living room, large dining area and kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
The main bathroom has a tub and shower, but the bathroom off of the master bedroom has just a shower.
The shower is big enough for more than one person, which offers some interesting possibilities...
This is the first place I've lived in over 15 years that has a private yard - I've been living in apartments where someone else took care of the yards.
There is a covered patio that I can use for outdoor portraits when the sun is at its zenith

I can use the large dining room to take studio style portraits. Standing in the Living room, pointing the camera into the dining room, I can stand far enough away from my subjects to use my 85 mm telephoto lens and capture full body shots.

OK, enough procrastinating, I need sign off here and start changing light bulbs, cleaning the bathrooms, unpacking boxes, and start to settle in. Tommorrow, I need to find more places to partner with in finding photography clients...
